About

I am an IT Operations and Security leader with a strong engineering background, connecting operational leadership, security and organizational enablement.

For more than 25 years I have built and led IT environments across administration, software engineering, DevOps, security engineering and IT Service Management. Today, I take responsibility for overall IT Operations - ensuring stability, accountability and risk-aware execution.

I design operational structures where security, engineering and service management function as one integrated model. This includes security strategy reviews, risk assessments, incident and vulnerability governance, DevSecOps alignment and secure AI usage within enterprise environments.

In my role as a mentor, I extend this work beyond operations. I develop and deliver structured training programs and advisory frameworks that embed security awareness into daily workflows and leadership decisions. My objective is practical competence - enabling teams to understand risk, take ownership and act responsibly.

AI has long been part of my engineering work, initially used for workflow automation and intelligent ticket classification. Today, I focus on integrating agentic AI, multi-agent systems, AI-assisted engineering workflows and intelligent automation into real-world IT environments across cloud and self-hosted infrastructures. My interest lies in building secure, controlled and production-ready AI architectures that support DevOps, security operations and responsible enterprise AI adoption.

Looking ahead, I am particularly interested in agentic AI, self-healing systems and autonomous infrastructure, exploring how intelligent agents and AI-driven operations will shape the next generation of resilient and adaptive enterprise platforms.
